Who says cows don't know their own kind.

This Gloucester heifer has been in with this particular group of White Park for 6 months and up until today was shunned by the White Park, eating separately, sleeping separately and never really being a part of this breeding group.

Today however, all that has changed and for the first time she's been spotted plonked in the middle of the group without the others so much as batting an eyelid, pushing her out of the way or ignoring her. She's even been observed grazing with the rest of them this afternoon.....

It's only taken 6 months.....

Once. I lost them once.

I mean, they're not back, as such, yet, but I do know where they are...

Cows are fab. I recall on my first archaeological dig, the farmer wouldnt move his cows from the area we were excavating. So half of us dug, and half of us leant on cows and generally chatted to them to keep them happily away from the trenches
