I may have bought half a kilo of these whilst nudging around a market. I've had them grilled onna skewer before but anyone got any other suggestions, please?

kerali style curry .

it often has gizzards as well but just heart should be ok .

tis worth marinading and cooking til soft with a minimum of liquid before adding to the sauce(hot and spicey) as they can be a bit chewey .
