Bugger - I've only got eight foot fences! I wonder if I can get them to grow 20 horizontal feet!

i have wild hops growing on the hedge in my garden that look suspiciously like the cutting s in the photo (or perhaps they all do ?)

they seem to grow like mad and all i did was pull a bit out of the ground when i was trying to clear some space and stuck it in a pot...

it has survived the winter and now in the greenhouse putting on half an inch a day from the look of it...............

i suppose i could use it for brewing if i wanted?

mainly i just like the look of the plant and it makes so much growth in a season that it covers most anything very quickly

bit like that russian vine which i would never grow
