I would challenge anyone, with any rifle, to consistantly put 10 rounds into a four inch circle at a 100m, firing from the shoulder under field conditions.

I think a visit to Minsterley Ranges is in order, Mr Stalker, sir!

I've seen too many dead deer having died slow painful deaths with their lower jaw, nose, eyes or the back of the head blown off.

Who was behind the rifle?

More than happy with that. How many rounds in total?...in the challenge, you said something like..."consistently place ten rounds"....Does this mean several batches of ten?

Also, I think honour is restored when either I pull it off, or when I don't, your "honour" is upheld, and you are proven right. As such, I think the wager is unethical. I'd agree to an independant observer, but fear the cost of a BASC official. Why not one of us, someone local...Say, Mochin, or????? Judyofthe woods, or any other local member.

Like the rules though. Still a four inch bull, hehehe?

Sorry, Jude, just saw that that was you. Minsterley is just South of Shrewsbury, by about 20 ish miles. Expenses will be paid by the loser, I'm sure but that has yet to be agreed!
