what is it and does it work

i am looking at the hozelock one at the mo but bending down to it does not appeal
although the juice catcher with hose fitting is nice it would be difficult to judge strength and adjust dilution etc

open bin and mixture tub is not really appropriate here as far away is not very far and i have had enough of vermin issues (see rats, and i am rat free at the mo, famous last etc)

Haven't used one but we use one that sits partly in the ground and is enclosed. I put all the 'nasty' stuff in there like potato hulms and ragwort (after checking for caterpillars) and the remains of any leavings from the peregrine. Bottom is wired to deter rats. Does need earth to part bury though.
