I no longer need the shelter below and will be listing it on ebay soon, I would rather sell it on here beforehand though, if there is any interest please contact me.

I can email more photos if required.

Starting price £1

Ebay Description
It is 12 metres wide and 7.5 metres deep. It is 2.7 metres high at its highest point and 1.2 metres at its lowest.

This is a GRP swimming pool enclosure, it is currently being used for as an animal shelter but with a good power wash it can be used as for a swimming pool again. I bought this secondhand for around £3000 2 years ago and the people I bought it off paid over £10,000 for it new. It has a small hole cut out on the side where an air conditioning unit was fitted but apart from that it is in good condition, it has a small crack on that roof that can be easily filled with fibreglass repair kit or I can do this for £50 (cost of materials and my time)

This shelter is a high quality item and can be used as a swimming pool shelter, animal house, storage area, barn or garage etc. etc.

It will need dismantling but I can help the winning bidder, it arrived on a flat back 40’ trailer and will need to be taken away on the same, I can arrange transport at around £2 per mile with a minimum charge of £150.

I require full payment within 48 hours of that auction ending and collection within 14 days.

Hi Franco

The web link to the item doesn't work. Can you post some pictures on here?

Thanks Tarabella
