Didn't someone do a mini-smoker with one? Or was it make charcoal?

I cut holes in the bigger plastic ones and use them as hides for my snakes. Much more cost effective than those sold in the pet shops.

Metal ones are comandeered by my engineer daughter for storage purposes.

Problem is eating enough biscuits to keep up with demand

Brilliant, my farmer once welded up the bottom of my Mini with a lawn mower grass box.
I must have been the only girl with 'Suffolk Punch' written on the bottom of her car!

Why would you take an exhaust pipe on a camping trip?

At the school where I work, these tins and plastic containers are being used in the after-school art club - our young people are covering them with papier mache, ready to be painted; they will then make valentines day tokens to put in the tins to give as valentines gifts.
I might pinch this idea!
