Hi does anyone know of the calculation that determines if a boundary hedge is too high/creating too much shade on a property, I found one such thing but there was a charge for it.

I thought the max height was 2m

Yes I have read this info - we have had the discussion with the neighbour and agreed to pay half towards the costs but the job has been done and it really hasn't made any difference at all and I thought that I had seen an article somewhere (not on DS) about this calculation, I wanted to go back with some solid info before we had to use the council
