I'm afraid it was only on the market for 2 weeks the second couple to look at it put in an offer which we have accepted But if they do not come up with the goodies quick enough i'll give you a nudge...mike

just had your agent around to value our house based on the fact that we liked yours so much. looks like it is very dooable! so we mean it! i'm sure your agent will be the first to tell us if anything happens to the sale. i'm just gutted that we didn't get there first! best of luck on house boat. my son wanted to know if we would have got the geese too!

You have no idea what our Sid(as in viscious ) is like ! He will attack anything & everything that goes near his wife Nancey, even me & i feed the bloody thing ! He has got great character though just a few anger management issues !!!!!!...mike

Well the estate agents have just informed us that our buyers are being rather slow after saying that they wanted a quick purchase ! How soon would you be in a position to buy ? We want to be out in 6 weeks tops...mike
