I'm looking at switching our energy supplier to Ovo energy. Does anyone here use them or have an experience with them?

Thanks.

We had them in Kent, they were fine, we got a good deal and never had any issues. When we moved it took them a while to give back our overpayments (where you pay roughly similar monthly payments which even out over the year). Seeing as I hadn't realised they owed us anything the cheque was a welcome surprise when it did arrive.

I used Ovo. Nice website, pleasant people. But I got a better deal with Flowenergy. Ovo were going to be slow in returning my overpayments until I phoned and created a stink.

In fact it was Flowenergy who were the problem with the final reading and I had to read the riot act to them as well. As I used to work for the industry I have very strong views on their bad behaviour.

Really nice people, excellent ethical company, green energy, but they don't put anything back into producing more renewables.

Don't know what they do with their profits.

Apparently Mr Ovo Boss was in the enquiry today and was very disparaging about the big energy suppliers' party lines.

That link is impressing,Ecotricity seems to have left the other Green suppliers way behind,
If things shown, are as they are,Good Energy is no better than some of the big guns, which surprises me,

Reckon even a Fossil Fueler like me may give your office a call when my present contract is up for renewal.

I read the thread title as "Arvo energy". With the attendant mental image of the poor bloke chained to a hamster wheel, powering your house

Someone plugged us on BBC question time last night, the website collapsed under the strain at about 11.30pm for a while, and our telephone system crashed today a couple of times with the number of calls.

Brilliant day though, lovely to talk to the people.
