I read this book a month or so back. Its well worth reading and gives an excellent behind the scenes look at mega farming practices. I am convinced that those who read it will start questioning the provenance of their food and hopefully change their shopping practices.

I haven't read it yet, initially I thought that perhaps it was a bit OTT, but have heard lots of good things about it so will now give it a go, when I get round to finding a copy.

Lots of celebs have endorsed it including HFW and Joanna Lumley. But don't be bamboozled by that. It's definitely worth a read. Some of Felicity Lawrence and Joanna Blythman stuff on the subject is good too.

He was talking about it at York on Saturday but I only found out at the last minute and couldn't go - I believe it's been recorded though & will be available as a podcast, so I'll post it up when it is.

365 pages later and I hope you're right. It has renewed some hope in me, and wasn't nearly as negative as I thought it was going to be. Everyone who eats should give it a go.
