We are having pancakes until there is no chocolate spread left, apparently. I will mostly be having spinach and creme fraiche and lemon and sugar.

If there's no maple syrup, it'll have to be sugar and lemon🍋🍋🍋

Do you think Son No 1 will notice if I open his Xmas stocking Nutella (the one without palm oil) and eat it on my pancakes?

We will be having Russian Pancakes here. See DS date base for recipe but it makes masses, half amount is usually enough for 3-4 people.

Choice of fillings....
Greek Yoghurt,
Blueberries
Mixed berries,
Nutella,
Maple syrup,
Ice cream or any combination of the above. Also good with yoghurt and preserves.
