I'm in South Devon and need an engineer with a Schuco or Sunny Boy engineers passcode. Our system was left with a 254V cut off as opposed to the 260V one that it should be for the UK. We were OK until the school fitted a mega system and the main supply voltage is now running on the high side. Western Power won't do anything as they are just the right side of ok. The lcal installers are all adament that our system can't be altered, but he manufactureres and Western Power say it can be. So we need someone who is honest enough not to try to sell us a new inverter and knows how to do the retune (10 minute job according to Schuco).

Anyone help?
