Mix together roughly equal quantities of left over haggis, mashed swede and mashed potato.
Form into coquettes then flour, egg and breadcrumb. Ideally panko breadcrumbs for a really crunchy crust.
Deep fry for about 4 mins at 170C

Ever wondered why the Jocks wear kilts ? Its to let the foul air circulate more easily after they've consumed just that sort of concoction ! not on my watch, no way !
