That's not a cat, its a leopard! Poor little Dashie must be frightened silly!

Mind you, my dogs think all cats are leopards, and won't go near them, unless they are saftely boxed up and at the vets!

christabelle is gorgeous!

Aren't animals wonderful, what an empty world it would be without their friendship, always genuine never conditional.

OK they can be fickle is someone comes along with a better "something to eat" than you have got, but all the same ....

See - front half tabby cat, back half leopard!

I'm with moonwind - I know all the arguments about resource use of pets, but I still think they are worth having around. Anyway, my collies are working collies - they're personal trainers, counsellers, laughter therapists, sustainable footwarmers (never go cold or leak, but sometimes fidget a bit) waste disposal, fibre animals and emergency pillows. It's a hard life!

Just an update for those who so kindly kept me sane through the cat crisis, today, finally, Hagl will stay within 6 feet of the new cats! Yay! Thats him looking away disdainfully on the arm of the sofa

We have homes lines up for the black kitten (Gomez) and the little girl (Jeffrey- apparently, thats what her new home wants to call her) and so just Peeves, the black and white one to settle somewhere, and lots of friends have admired him so I'm sure it will be fine.

Tinkerbell is off to the vets next week, so we won't have a repeat delivery of moglets with any luck

Oh no one of the kittens is my favourite colour, a brown classic tabby!! They look quite well considering.

aww, one of the kittens got a nasty lesson just then, it toddled up the sofa and stuck its nose straight into a mug of hot tea. Poor little mite, its hard to explain to a kitten why you are holding its nose under the cold tap Doesnt sem to have taken any lasting damage though.
