Cheers! For the liver, there's a nice pate in the RC meat book for any liver. That would be nice if you've got time. But check on the recipe for the tongue first, of course
(HW leaves quickly, running for cover.....)

cant put humpty back together but good stock can put the flavour back (sort of )
