Jema, that sounds like some 'positive' news.
Look forward to seeing results.

TD, if I may call you that?
Seeds, presumably the type that come in a packet

Cheers

Just a taster on the stats, but the forums will have show a more than 35% rise in visits compared to January, and of course Febuary is the short month.

What other type of seed could one possibly exchange?

Apart from Tahir's of course, I believe he keeps his in a jam jar

H'anyway, back to your question. I've not necessarily done deals through the Trading Post forum, but have through the main site/other parts of the forums, and been very happy with it so far. Do you want any details? One transaction won't be complete til the autumn and involves livestock so you never know what will happen; the other was with Rob R for his wool, and I know he's sold to a few others here too.

I would highly recommend doing an article for the Trading Post section on the main site if you have something of value to sell.

I've done two money trades where money has changed hands, plus a couple of non monetary trades, and a couple where I've just been given stuff.

I have had a few sniffs on web design, but i'm still struggling to find an ethical pricing structure which has not helped me.

I've had a couple of people interested in a PC, I've had someone give me something for building PCs, and I'm expecting a Freeview box any time now....

Actually, one for the future, we could do animal introductions, if you know what I mean.

I can only give positive feedback re: swap shop.

*fluffykitten* has been wonderful in sending me potato and onion sets, rhubarb crowns and I am awaiting the safe arrival of some strawberry/courgette plants.

Seconding Gertie re fluffykitten, from whom I've received an unexpectedly generous portion of some excellent chilli seeds today.

Seedswapping is possibly the most faultlessly perfect idea ever invented

I think it is a brilliant idea!!!

I would like to say that I think *fluffykitten* is an absolute star. Everything she has sent me has arrived in perfect condition and beautifully packaged as well.
