I've made a couple of those!

Coca cola will ferment, that guy got it a little out, but it's not terribly nice. You need to let it rest for a while, let it go good and flat, and get a nice active yeast going.

Chocolate (cocoa) wine turns out nice eventually. Takes a heck of a long time to become good.

I haven't tried rosemary or chamomile or any of the others... Soem of them are truly 'interesting'.

We have plenty of Rosemary, so I think I will have a play at that one.

Ooh yuk, I thought I'd tried some funny brews in my time but cola wine? Mushroom wine? Maybe i'm not as adventurous as I thought.

Which reminds me- has anyone tapped birch trees yet this year- I supect we've missed our window of opportunity but have lost the plot a bit this year.

Aside from the little issue of not having a tree to tap, I think I would be quite worried about my inexpert attempts to tap a tree being harmful. I guess it cannot be that iffy to do though.
