We buy raw milk from a local farm, 65c per litre. That's about the same price as milk in the supermarket, but it does taste much better, and it's local.

It really does help to use a little enzyme to deal with the by products of pectin.

Does affect the taste at all, or does it only make the cider clear?

Activity in my brew stopped after about a week. It was still very cloudy. Just now, I noticed it is starting to clear. I'll give it another week or to and then I'll bottle it.

We hardly use it, I'd rather use a knife.
In the past half year I only used it to puree hazelnuts for hazelnut-honey spread, and to liquidise a soup.

We got it for free as well when we bought some ...

I've had that happen to me. I'd never buy another machine off 'em. Also the only server we've ever had die (m/board failure) was a Dell.

We had lots of problems with Dell servers. One almost caught ...

I don't like the highlighting much either, or even the new icons on the forum in general.

But I do like the new favorites icon a lot, and do think the old tree icons on the forum could be better ...
