I need an iPad Not entirely sure WHY I NEED one, but I do.......now that I've had a play on someone else's Anyone got a second hand one for sale?

Underline is important for future breeding - 12 equal (or better still 14) teats are what to look for. 2 rows of equally spaced and level teats. I like the one with less spots

Ooooo lucky you.

What type of pots should we be planting right now? We always get wire worm here and so we're going to try some of those 'sacks'. Any tips?

Awwww sorry to hear that Bodger, but as you say, she did have that mysterious illness post farrowing and so something has gone a bit wrong somewhere BUT at least she came good to rear that litter ...

Farming Connect??? Really??? Blimey, I must have missed that - will check it out. Our vets don't do the (ridiculous) and have to send them off to the lab which then takes a few days - so annoying ...

Thanks everyone. I'm not allowed to use the Pressure Cooker cos its aluminium but the copper based pans seem to be 'the thing', so will investigate further

I've managed to pretty nearly ruin one of our best saucepans having used it for fudge making a couple of times. I'm now banned from using them However OH is happy to buy me a 'special' sauce ...

I've had some of Bodgers hatching eggs from this strain and they are fantastic hens.

Me too, don't seem to stop laying and very good size eggs
