I visited last week Amber Valley Alpacas here in Midlands..they sell their animals as well as 'wool'..animals looked to be in great condition and everything very neat and tidy

I went yesterday to Bakewell countryshow..and there was Welsh company's stall for wool filled mattresses, quilts and pillows!!!!!
They were all very modern looking things..just as any commercial ... |

| ...another thought...Texel wool would be really good for duvet job...it is naturally VERY bouncy..short stable length and not felting very easily, if at all felting...quite cheap wool to get hold of.. ... |

I think you are thinking in the same way as me but I'm thinking duvets and pillows.
Old Welsh quilts were stuffed with sometimes raw barely washed lumps of fleece.

Geese are big birds and can gobble up quite amount of food..
I would expect sack of pellets to last about 5-6 weeks between 7 hens..maybe tad longer depending what else they get to eat.

Yep...just as already said.
Each soil have different needs and this vary with what you are growing too. I would not 'waste' it just spreading it 'just because'..you would make it go further if you us ... |
