If tis a person usually soaked in Alcohol 70% for 24 hours then removed with an anticlockwise twist and a course of Antibiotics usually Doxycycline 100mg BD in case of Lymes disease.

Pictures for swelling are a bad idea. Use a tape measure to measure the size of the paw and do this daily to see if the swelling decreases or increases.

Try the War Veterans Agency, they usually send out the Veterans Lapel badges, and they may do one for the Land Army or at least have an idea where to get it from.
