Don't be so sure about the supermarkets Rob. It has been reported that Crossgar are selling to Tesco. Just you wait they'll be setting up Dexter farms and putting everyone out of business.

having brought beef in mixed boxes for a few years now i would never buy or sell it anyother way.

just to add i have only ever received a good mix of all cuts, its all about trust if you fill ...
