The righthand side doesn't look coal burned making me think there might have been a hob grate insert,

Reason I asked was a non trade person may mistake Double Skin for Twin Wall,which are used externally or internally but not inside a flue.

904 grade is the better of the 2 grades available.

Considering we have had the warmest,driest 2 mths in our lifetimes its hardly a shock coal has not been needed.

And as for Drax being almost carbon neutral,that takes a bit of swallowing.

What kind of base would that need?

Nothing,its heavy enough to hold down,just mow the grass down close to the ground and roll it out,there`s clip`s to be had to join lengths together.
