Yes it's seeds - ha ha - and I actually bought it just a couple of month ago (unlike some of the spices in my spice rack . There's only one way to find out, isn't there!

Having forgotten to add coriander to a seed order and unable to buy from a garden centre, I'm tempted to follow the RHS advice contained in an email last week:

Seeds can be found in the kitchen cup ...

I have autumn rasps and wild blackberries - I like the sound of tayberries - who's grown these and should I do too..?

Definitely swallows - 6 or 7 - on the phone wire in front of the house about a week ago. Haven't seen any since though.
