My favourite porridge recipe:
1tbsp porridge oats, 1 tbsp jumbo oats, pinch of salt, 2 or 3 chopped walnuts, a few raisins, some pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, enough milk to mix. Delicious!

My favourite is Crown Prince - much less watery than some other varieties and absolutely the best for soup. Also very good for risotto. |
