yeah i soaked them overnight, the recipe i used said bring them to the boil then simmer gently for 4-5 hours.

i narrowed this down to sussex and plymouth rocks, but after looking both breeds up all i can find is that there isnt any decent strains in britain anymore. Im not really sure where to look.
