I have been working in a new logoand just looking for some opinions really I like the 3rd one best but wondering if the text is too small

3, 1, 4, 2 for me. If you go with a white centred image, I'd suggest making the text a little stronger, as with number 2 it isn't particularly easy to distinguish between the text and the logo.

If you block them out and look at each one individually, 4 stand out to me. The black shape with nothing interfering with the silhouette, then strong white letters in the centre. You all blind????????? Wombat

top right for me! the filled in ones look a bit harsh (?) and the unfilled sort of convey moon as well, but I couldn't explain why!

how are you going to use this logo ? How big is it going to be ? Is it going to be on labels(printed or woven) or just on paper / website? It all makes a difference to how well the image works and how readable the text will be ? Given the name I would go for a shorter phoenix, placed in a circle (moon) with the text around the outside.
