Hi Arl here
just saying hello, i abide in deepest e yorks and have a smallholding with my herd of osb"s which i think are brilliant pigs and great to look at and look after, i also sell half pigs and a range of gluten free sausage and dry cured bacon. All done on a small scale by me in my little butchery that is registered with my local eho. Also if any smallholders want their pigs, lambs, beasts ect. preparing to a more intricate way than the abbatoir has time to do i can do that(boned,rolled,sausage,dry cured bacon-gammons.
It keeps me out of mischief
